Before:

Muffin Monster Steel Channel and Bar Screen removal and replacement. Existing screen and channel constructed with mild steel ans showing signs of corrosion. Muffin Monster was being upgraded therefore the entire channel and bar screen was replaced. This work was completed at a local hospital where a facility shutdown was not an option so temporary by-pass pumping of the wastewater was required to complete the upgrade work.

After:

New bar screen and muffin monster channel constructed in 316 stainless steel. The structure was fabricated into three pieces that were each lowered into the manhole and assembled once all of the pieces were in the manhole.

Completed sewage treatment plant construction.
